ClearRoute is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead a small pod building an MVP of an internal Skills Marketplace platform. The role uses Kotlin and Spring for the backend and React for the frontend, requires experience leading technical teams and building full-stack applications, and involves stakeholder liaison, AI tooling, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The position is hybrid, based two days per week from ClearRoute’s London Hatton Garden office and remote on the remaining days.
