Code & Pepper is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to build and own a digital health platform using AI for addiction treatment and mental health, including voice-based medical assistants. The role covers discovery through production deployment, secure and scalable infrastructure, APIs, microservices, cloud integrations, data management, testing, observability, and collaboration with Product, Design, and clinical experts. It requires TypeScript, Node.js, AWS serverless and event-driven systems, relational database design, Infrastructure as Code, and medical software experience. The position is based in the New York area, requires at least three days per week in Manhattan, and does not require visa sponsorship.
