Cross River Bank is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build an LLM-based Agentic platform across React, Python, and Node.js. The role owns architecture for model orchestration, retrieval pipelines, tool calling, evaluation, high-performance services, MCP server integration, and enterprise-grade security, while collaborating with product, compliance, and engineering teams. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, production experience with large language models and related workflows, modern JavaScript and React expertise, AWS and infrastructure knowledge, and strong distributed-systems debugging skills.
