Ethos is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to work across the customer journey from data storage through server application logic and front-end UI. The role involves building and shipping features, designing and maintaining APIs, creating reusable libraries and internal tooling, solving performance issues, participating in code reviews, communicating engineering best practices, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need at least four years of full-time engineering experience, strong JavaScript and SQL skills, experience with large-scale web application architecture, and familiarity with front-end technologies, build systems, infrastructure, and distributed systems.
