Description

Illumio is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer in Sunnyvale, California, for a five-days-per-week in-office role. The position owns full-stack features across frontend and backend systems, including React, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, CI/CD, testing, performance optimization, and production issue resolution. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 3–5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or UI-focused software engineering
Experience building backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, or similar technologies
Experience with modern build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend tooling
Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization technologies
Experience building microservices or service-oriented architectures
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Experience with frontend performance monitoring and metrics
Exposure to large-scale SaaS platforms or cybersecurity products
Experience working closely with design systems and component libraries
Master’s degree preferred
