Description
Pavago is hiring a full-time, fully remote Full Stack Engineer to build internal tools, marketing automation, AI workflows, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards for a marketing agency serving 150+ home-service businesses. The role requires 4–6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with React, Next.js, Python, APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations, Meta Pixel and Conversion API, event tracking, attribution, and AI tools. The engineer will connect advertising platforms, CRMs, backend systems, and reporting dashboards and improve lead quality, conversions, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
