Pylon is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for its Customer Success team to build and maintain software that helps mortgage customers close loans quickly and without friction. The role involves modeling complex lending scenarios, responding to live customer problems, owning features from design through production deployment and maintenance, and working with TypeScript, React, NestJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Temporal.io, and AI-driven development tooling. The position is based in Palo Alto, California, with a base salary of $140,000 to $220,000 per year plus equity and benefits.
