Description
Sol is hiring a full-time Software Engineer to build its AI-native HR product end to end, from Kotlin/JVM backend services and APIs through dynamic, data-driven and conversational interfaces. The role requires deep backend experience, frontend familiarity, strong understanding of JVM and concurrency, daily use of AI coding tools, and ownership of early-product development. Compensation is a $200,000–$300,000 base range plus significant early-stage equity, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
