Description

TransPerfect is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to build and maintain AudienceAI, an internal marketing and business development tool. The role owns the application’s architecture, integrations, deployment, APIs, databases, monitoring, security, and ongoing improvements while translating product and user requirements into technical solutions. The engineer will collaborate with product, marketing, technology, and other engineering teams and contribute to product direction and delivery priorities. Required qualifications include 3–5 years of full-stack software development experience, React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js or Python, API and authentication experience, database knowledge, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, application monitoring, AI coding tools, and Agile product-development experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–5 years of professional software development experience, including full-stack work on production applications
Experience designing and building APIs, service integrations, authentication flows, and data-driven applications
Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and spec-driven development
Experience working with Agile or iterative product-development practices
Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing AI-enabled applications or integrating large language models, RAG, or generative AI APIs
Understanding of responsible AI considerations, including data handling, hallucination risk, and human oversight
Experience contributing to product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and release planning
Experience building analytics, marketing technology, content technology, or enterprise SaaS products
