ETERNO is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to develop and own components of its ETERNO Cloud, a cloud-based SaaS platform for medical practices. The role uses Docker, Node.js, and MongoDB, covers technical design through development and CI/CD, and involves collaboration with product management, quality assurance, and customer care. Candidates should have a degree or vocational training in a relevant science, extensive full-stack JavaScript and TypeScript development experience, AI experience, and strong German and English skills. The position follows a hybrid model with two days per week in Berlin and flexible remote work.
