Description

HomeLight is hiring an AI-Native Software Engineer to build scalable, AI-powered product experiences. The role combines Ruby on Rails backend development, React.js and React Native frontend development, AI integrations such as LLM-powered features and workflow agents, service-oriented architecture, testing, observability, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least two years of professional software engineering experience, including production Ruby on Rails and React experience, along with AI, database, architecture, and monitoring experience. The disclosed base pay range is $140,000 to $160,000.
