Ondo Finance is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer specializing in Compliance to design and implement the foundation of their onboarding and compliance platform. This role involves defining systems for user eligibility determination, KYC/KYB processes, and investigation resolution. The engineer will own the entire workflow, from user-facing experiences to internal tools, decision logic, data models, and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and product judgment, capable of translating regulatory requirements into robust architectural solutions.
