AgileEngine is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. The role combines frontend and backend ownership across React and Ruby on Rails, with responsibilities including building scalable solutions, estimating work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads, improving development processes, communicating project status to senior leadership, and participating in an on-call rotation. The position requires at least three years of experience with web application frameworks, JavaScript and TypeScript, SQL databases, HTML and CSS, wireframe-to-feature development, agile methodologies, Git, and on-call environments, along with strong interpersonal, strategic, and performance skills.
