Ninacare is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across its healthcare recruiting and personnel management platform. The role involves database design, reusable frontend components, integrations, automations, bug fixing, code quality, refactoring, and guiding AI coding agents. It requires at least three years of full-stack development experience, relational database experience, strong software engineering fundamentals, and an AI-first mindset. The position is 100% remote, based in Bari, with a distributed team and compensation of €35,000–€42,000 plus performance bonuses.
