The Full Stack Engineer – Incident Response & Application Stability will stabilize and improve business-critical web applications and internal systems by investigating production incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing sustainable fixes, and improving application performance and maintainability. The role focuses on developing existing features rather than building new ones and requires strong PHP/Laravel, API, database, frontend, testing, Git, Docker, and troubleshooting skills, along with 5–10 years of relevant software development experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or an equivalent field.
