Safe-Guard Products International is hiring a hybrid Software Engineering Manager in Sandy Springs, Georgia, to lead a distributed full-stack engineering team of 10+ engineers. The role owns the delivery, reliability, modernization, and incident response of Contract Cancellations and Claims Payments platforms, including microservices, frontend frameworks, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud deployment, CI/CD, automated testing, and GenAI-enabled development. The manager will also coordinate offshore partners, manage engineering performance, and ensure systems meet financial, security, availability, and compliance requirements. The position requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering management or team leadership, distributed-team experience, full-stack and GenAI expertise, and strong stakeholder communication.
