Smile is hiring a Java Tech Lead for its Casablanca office to provide technical leadership to a team of developers, design software architecture, make technology choices, review code, participate in strategic decisions and project planning, solve complex problems, mentor developers, and establish development best practices. The role requires Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS, CI/CD, GitLab, DevOps, SonarQube, Kafka, Gradle, and related frontend technologies, with AWS certification as a plus. It is a permanent contract (CDI).
