Description
GEODIS is hiring a permanent, full-time Full-Stack Lead Developer to lead and develop technical teams within its Dev Factory at the Distribution & Express headquarters. The role reports to the Head Office IT Domain Manager and involves coaching teams, analyzing requirements and technical constraints, estimating costs, organizing development work, leading complex development phases, setting up technical testing, demonstrating front-end and back-end web expertise, optimizing performance and security, and ensuring application availability. The position requires a Bac+3 or Bac+4 qualification, at least 10 years of application development experience, proficiency in JAVA J2EE and Angular, and familiarity with Agile and Craftsmanship cultures. The work location is Gennevilliers, Hauts-de-Seine, France.
