Citi is hiring a Full Stack Lead Engineer to own the end-to-end technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for a cash and intraday liquidity management platform. The role leads a global engineering organization, designs highly available distributed systems, embeds AI coding tools, and provides hands-on guidance on microservices, APIs, cloud-native infrastructure, security, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need at least six years of software engineering experience, strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, distributed-systems knowledge, and experience with enterprise Agile delivery.
