Signal 1 is hiring a Full-Stack Machine Learning Engineer to help build and operate its Agent Control Plane, a healthcare AI platform for managing, evaluating, improving, and governing clinical agents. The role owns features end to end, including data models, backend services, pipelines, and frontend work as needed; it also involves ingesting and normalizing healthcare telemetry and FHIR data, prototyping with health-system partners, and establishing novel observability and evaluation practices.
