Description
PSI is hiring a Full Stack Developer to architect, develop, maintain, and support business applications for internal clients, including desktop WinForm/Blazor hybrid applications. The role covers feature requests, documentation, software testing, code reviews, development standards, and task tracking. It is a full-time position based in Almaty or within Kazakhstan, with work permitted in an office-based, hybrid, or remote arrangement within Kazakhstan; remote work from outside Kazakhstan is not supported. Required qualifications include C#, .NET 8+, Transact-SQL, SQL, software testing, communication, and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge, while Blazor, DevExpress, web application development, and unit testing are preferred.
