Description

Commure is hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer to build end-to-end experiences for its ambient AI healthcare platform. The role covers mobile and web applications, backend services, APIs, data models, AI-powered workflows, real-time transcription, agentic actions, offline experiences, and product quality. The engineer will partner with clinicians, product, design, backend, data, and AI teams, own user-facing products from exploration through launch and iteration, and mentor other engineers.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Professional software development experience with significant ownership of user-facing products or features
Experience building applications across mobile, web, backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
Experience taking ambiguous product ideas through technical design, implementation, launch, and iteration
Experience building polished frontend experiences with a modern mobile or web framework
Experience designing and operating backend services, APIs, and data models in production
Experience collaborating with product, design, backend, data, or AI teams
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI-native, conversational, agentic, or real-time product experiences
Experience with Flutter and Dart or another cross-platform mobile framework
Experience building modern web applications with JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience integrating large language models, transcription systems, or machine-learning services
Experience with audio or video capture, streaming, transcription, or media workflows
Experience with offline-first applications, background sync, local persistence, or conflict handling
Experience with event-driven systems, asynchronous workflows, or real-time data pipelines
Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and feature adoption or usability
Experience with performance optimization, observability, CI/CD, and release automation
Native iOS or Android experience
Exposure to healthcare, HIPAA, SOC 2, privacy, security, or regulated environments
Experience with Chrome extensions or cross-platform workflows
