Dex is seeking a full-stack product engineer with a strong focus on the backend. This role involves owning and delivering complete product slices from specification to production, utilizing a Python/FastAPI/Postgres stack. Responsibilities include building and maintaining backend systems, integrating large language models (LLMs) and agents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess independent delivery capabilities, demonstrate strong product trade-off judgment, and uphold strict reliability and API discipline.
