Description
Optiveum is recruiting a Full Stack Python/React/AI Developer for a Warsaw-based insurance-sector client. The role builds an Underwriter OS application using Next.js/React and FastAPI/Python, develops and integrates AI agents, connects with insurance systems, extracts data from broker documents, and deploys solutions on Azure with containers and CI/CD. The position requires at least three years of commercial developer experience, two years of data science or AI experience including production deployments, strong Python, React, SQL, Azure, and AI orchestration skills, and fluent Polish. The work model is hybrid, with three days per week in the office, and the rate is 130 PLN per hour on a B2B basis.
