Prior Labs is hiring a full-stack recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for its commercial and operational teams in the United States. The role sources enterprise sales, partnerships, finance, and compliance talent; positions candidates against better-funded competitors; manages multi-hub hiring across New York, Berlin, and Freiburg; conducts structured interviews; negotiates offers; and maintains ATS pipeline metrics. The position is based five days per week in the New York office, with compensation of $130,000 to $170,000.
