The role develops and operates modern web applications that automate HR processes, including applicant management and the employee lifecycle, using Python/Django, React/TypeScript, REST APIs, Git, DevOps, Ansible, Docker, and cloud-based services such as SmartRecruiters or Workday. The developer will also maintain monitoring and alerting, support other teams, and communicate with stakeholders in German at C1 level.
