Bask Health is seeking an experienced full-stack software engineer to work directly with its CEO and CTO on an AI-first, serverless telehealth platform. The role owns product development end to end across frontend, API, and database layers, using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, JavaScript, tRPC, Drizzle ORM, SQL, Node, and SST. Responsibilities include designing and shipping tested product experiences, prototyping with real patients and care teams, building trustworthy AI and automation, improving performance, accessibility, and reliability, and owning scalable codebase patterns. The position suits an entrepreneurial generalist with 6+ years of experience, strong frontend and backend skills, independent project ownership, paid-product experience, and strong communication skills.
