Felix is hiring Intermediate and Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers to build and manage the front-end and back-end systems supporting its digital healthcare ecosystem. The role involves developing scalable web applications, designing architecture and database systems, improving platform reliability through testing and monitoring, coordinating cross-stack communication, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need at least three years of full-stack experience, familiarity with PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, and Vue, leadership and communication skills, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
