Hyperbound is hiring a full-stack engineer to build AI-native sales agents that reason through deals, recommend actions, and help customers book meetings and win deals. The role owns the full lifecycle from specification and development through launch and customer feedback, using technologies such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphRAG, voice AI, and durable execution. Candidates need at least three years of full-stack engineering experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, and strong AI-assisted development judgment. The position pays $200,000 to $220,000, offers equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited PTO, and requires an in-office schedule in San Francisco five days per week.
