Marathon TS is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to support a Department of Defense AI transformation initiative in Pentagon or Reston, Virginia. The role develops secure, scalable applications and AI-enabled software, including autonomous agents, large language models, knowledge graphs, APIs, microservices, semantic search, and CI/CD pipelines. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, have a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, and have at least five years of full-stack development experience, including government or defense software delivery.
