Philz is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and maintain scalable web and mobile features, backend services, integrations, databases, and data models. The role requires 3+ years of full-stack development experience, proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native or PHP/Laravel, RESTful API knowledge, Git, SQL and PostgreSQL, test-driven development, and Agile collaboration. The position is currently remote and based in the Greater Los Angeles area, with teams returning to a hybrid office in Long Beach, California in Q1 2027. The estimated starting annual base salary is $125,000 to $135,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
