Playground is hiring a full-stack software engineer to build products from zero to one across its child-care software platform. The role owns end-to-end projects, including backend APIs and services, React and TypeScript frontend features, cloud infrastructure, performance, security, and technical debt. Candidates need at least five years of full-stack or software development experience, proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and RESTful APIs, and strong cloud and problem-solving skills. The position is fully in-person in Union Square, New York City, with an annual salary of $170,000 to $270,000 plus equity and other benefits.
