Straia is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build the product surface where colleges interact with institutional data and AI agents. The role owns end-to-end features across React + Vite, Node + Express + TypeScript, Postgres + DuckDB, and privately hosted frontier models, while also developing internal tooling and ensuring quality, observability, testing, and fault tolerance. The position is a 0 → 1 opportunity in San Francisco, with an in-office schedule of four days per week and compensation of $150,000–$180,000 plus equity.
