LEAP is hiring a hybrid Full-Stack Software Engineer for its Criminal Law team in Sydney. The role combines frontend and backend web application engineering with legal content development, including automated forms, precedents, matter types, Word add-ins, calculation objects, and document automation logic for LEAP Legal Software. The engineer will collaborate with product owners, in-house criminal lawyers, content teams, and client operations, and will use React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, server-side programming, databases, AWS, Git, automated testing, TDD, CI/CD, and secure scalable application practices.
