Scale is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer (Forward Deployed) for its Global Public Sector team to build production-grade AI applications for government clients. The role involves partnering directly with public sector counterparts, spending up to two weeks per month on-site in client offices, architecting full-stack applications that integrate AI models, and deploying and managing cloud infrastructure with a focus on security, scalability, and reliability. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field, 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, and strong experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Node.js, databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms. Nice-to-haves include Arabic proficiency, prior forward-deployed/customer engineering experience, cross-functional operations experience, and LLM/GenAI experience.
