Charles River Development is hiring an AVP Team Lead to manage a small team of 4–8 full-stack engineers and collaborate with Product Development on Private Markets software solutions. The role involves designing, developing, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting complex cloud-native enhancements, supporting agile scrum processes, and providing guidance on mission-critical client implementations. Candidates need a B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field, at least seven years of experience developing event-driven architectures, prior managerial experience, and experience with cloud-native Java, Spring, Angular, or React development. The role is office-based with regular in-office presence expected.
