Description
The Full Stack Team Lead will build and lead a C2 development team from the ground up, combining technical leadership with people management. The role owns the end-to-end frontend domain, including architecture, real-time and high-performance application development, scalability, code review, hiring, and delivery planning. It requires close collaboration with backend and edge teams and integration of real-time communication, video streaming, telemetry, and control systems. The role seeks 6+ years of frontend or full-stack development experience, 2+ years of technical or team leadership experience, modern frontend framework expertise, and experience designing complex-system architecture.
