Description
Buildots is hiring a Full-Stack Team Lead to lead and grow a small full-stack engineering team while remaining hands-on with product features. The role involves building interfaces for construction data such as 360° walkthroughs, drone imagery, floor plans, 3D BIM models, and large data grids, using React, TypeScript, Python, Django, and Postgres. The Team Lead will also help shape the engineering organization’s use of AI coding agents, collaborate with Product and Design, and hire, onboard, and develop team members. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, strong React and TypeScript skills, backend experience or rapid-learning ability, leadership experience, and sustained hands-on use of AI coding tools.
