Valitana is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Technical Lead focused on backend development to lead and mentor engineers while owning data-intensive, client-facing FinTech applications. The role covers technical design, delivery, production support, architecture, code quality, risk management, and collaboration with product, business, and client stakeholders. Candidates need at least eight years of full-stack or backend development experience, leadership experience, strong server-side programming skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. The position offers a base salary of $170,000 to $210,000, an annual performance bonus, and a hybrid work arrangement with office attendance Monday through Wednesday and remote work Thursday and Friday.
