Description
Mindrift is seeking freelance, part-time, fully remote Full-Stack Web App Developers for the Tendem project to build and maintain production-ready interactive browser applications and supporting Python tools. The work spans modern frontend frameworks, Python or Node.js backend APIs, databases, authentication, third-party and AI/LLM integrations, testing, debugging, deployment, and end-to-end feature delivery. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, a portfolio of shipped web applications, and upper-intermediate English proficiency; a relevant bachelor's or master's degree is preferred. Estimated workload is 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, with compensation up to $60 per hour equivalent.
