Access Services is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional to provide individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities or autism in Harleysville, Hatfield, North Wales, and Lansdale. The role includes community and home-based activities, crisis management, emotional support, positive reinforcement, case documentation, and supervision, with paid training and no prior experience required. Candidates need a valid US driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and must pass background, physical, and driving-history checks; a high school diploma or GED and one year of direct-care experience are preferred. Compensation starts at $17 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, disability protection, sick leave, paid time off, retirement matching, tuition reimbursement, and mileage and toll reimbursement.
