Description
The Packaging Operator works in a 5-shift system operating and monitoring production lines for high-quality powder products, adjusting and reconfiguring machines, performing quality checks, cleaning equipment, identifying malfunctions, and reporting issues. The role starts as an assistant operator and can develop into an all-round operator; prior operator experience is not required, but candidates should have MBO level 3 working and thinking ability, an interest in technology and production, accuracy, responsibility, and willingness to learn. The position is based within approximately 40 minutes of Zwolle, pays €3,100 to €3,600 gross per month, and offers a temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
