Description
The employer is hiring a full-time ABA Behavior Technician for a home and center-based community home therapeutic services program in Rhode Island. The role supports children ages 2–21 with autism and other developmental delays by teaching communication, play, and life skills through person-centered, individualized care. The schedule is Monday through Friday with flexible days and evenings, and the pay is $24 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants need at least six months of supervised experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, an associate's degree or related-field coursework, a valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to perform physical interventions and documentation.
