Description
The Assistant Director provides site-based leadership for YWCA NYC’s after-school COMPASS and SONYC programs, supporting positive youth development, program operations, compliance, curriculum, staff supervision, family and community partnerships, and enrollment. The role reports to the Program Director, requires 2+ years of experience in after-school or DYCD-funded programs, and offers $25-$30 per hour with a start date of August 1st and benefits including fully employer-funded health, dental, and vision insurance.
