Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the store manager in overseeing ALDI store operations, driving sales growth, controlling expenses, developing store personnel, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role includes scheduling, merchandising, inventory and cash-handling oversight, POS and curbside-pickup operations, equipment maintenance, and occasional travel to surrounding stores. It is a full-time position paying $27.00 per hour initially, with a year-two increase to $28.00 per hour, and includes medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
