LoveShackFancy is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in operating a Soho retail location. The role focuses on sales and productivity goals, customer service, recruiting, training, and managing store associates, visual merchandising, opening and closing procedures, inventory protection, loss control, and clienteling. Candidates need at least three years of luxury retail management experience, specialty retail knowledge, computer and communication skills, and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. The position is based at the Soho location five days per week and requires availability for weekends and holidays.
