COBS Bread is hiring a full-time Baker for an early-morning bakery shift. The role involves baking artisan bread and treats from scratch, following recipes and production schedules, measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, operating ovens, maintaining the bakery, and supporting customers. No prior experience is required, but applicants need an early-rising attitude, organizational skills, teamwork ability, and the physical capacity to stand, walk, lift up to 22 kg, and perform repetitive bakery motions. The position pays 19–23 CAD per hour depending on experience and interview, includes training and development opportunities, and offers benefits for full-time employees.
