Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers is hiring a full-time Retail Associate – Baler for its Newnan retail store. The role places unusable donations into clothing balers using a forklift or pallet jack, ties and stacks bales, loads trucks, removes donated goods, organizes the warehouse, and supports other retail operations. The position requires basic math, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and availability for any shifts Monday through Sunday; forklift certification and prior retail, customer service, or warehouse experience are preferred. Starting pay is $14.00–$16.00 per hour, with paid time off and a 401(k) company match.
