Description
UCP Heartland is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for its ABA Clinic in St. Louis, Missouri. The role develops individualized ABA interventions, conducts assessments and monitors client progress, leads family guidance sessions, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, oversees treatment implementation, and mentors Registered Behavior Technicians. The position requires at least two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, knowledge of early intervention and empirically validated assessment and intervention strategies, experience with ABA programs and data analysis, medical-model insurance knowledge, CPR certification, and the ability to pass background and reference checks. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends or holidays.
