Description
Cortica is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role involves implementing positive behavior strategies, using evidence-based practices, documenting session data, collaborating with families and supervisors, and following crisis protocols. Candidates should have experience working with children, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. The position pays $20.08–$26.94 per hour, follows a Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule, and includes paid orientation, training, medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible full-time employees, along with other benefits.
